Doesn't Power Off At Shut Down... ?

    The puzzle.
    eclectic.
    The desktop doesn't power off at shut down from Windows 10.
    Shutting down from Puppy switches everything off.
    Like what it used to do.
    The procedure has been to pull the power cable from the pc and then back in.
    After System shuts down.
    For next time...
    But Puppy turns it all off.
    Go Puppy.
