Done R&R procedure.. NEED HELP!

    I have to the best of my ability followed the Read & Run guide, also a few of the extra's. Still, most times I connect to net shortly pc becomes overrun with symantec pop up windows scanning mail messages I AM NOT SENDING. I do not use outlook or any pc based mail.

    The symantec is out of date.. no $. I can only stop this mess by using task manager end task.

    The pc has also started shutting down periodically due to fatal errors. I will attach the logs, and hope I have done this right enough you can help. Currently am downloading spyware doctor as advertised on your site. How many ad ware programs do we have to run to get rid of the problem??? :p

    Was able to get cc cleaner, spybot, but could not do counterspy, had to run AVG... also did bite defender and panda, but panda finished while I was in bed, and I have no clue what happened. It took 6 hours... on dial up. :( Done Hijack this also.

    Will also send a copy of error message from the automatic restarts.

    Please attach other logs that were requested.
    • AVG Antispyware log
    • Panda Scan
    • HijackThis
    The logs you have posted thus far do not show any malware.

    I highly recommend that since Norton is out of date that you uninstall it immediately. And then download and install the below program which is free and better anyway:

    No! The only logs that you attached that were requested were:
    • newfiles.txt from ShowNew
    • runkeys.txt from GetRunKey
    • BitDefender
    We did not ask for and did not need anything else that you attached.
