Download just stops

Am trying to download some Dj mixs via some forums..

when the download pop up menu comes up everything seems ok it just starts to download then around 10% of the way through it just stops and says its finished ..

Any thoughts ?

 

There are a lot of things that could be causing it.

What are you using to download with.
What are the specifics?
What type of OS are you running?
Are you sharing a connection with somebody else (or "borrowing the neighbors...lol")

yup sure

am using firefox to download with.. I right click the file and a pop up menu opens up not sure what the exact name is but am sure u know what am talking about..

running windows Xp and yup sharing with 1 other comp but I have been for over a year and never had a problem

Is it only that particular file that is stopping midway?

Have you tried using IE to download the same file?

How file is this file in question?

 

its every file I try to download no matter how big or small..

havent tried IE casue I dont like using it...
