   Lately I am getting this error message when tying to download."You've reached the bandwidth limit for viewing or downloading files that aren't in Google Docs format. Please try again later.You can also try to download the original document by clicking here."I am using Win 8.1. does this in Chrome and Explorer, and in both Yahoo and Google search engines. Any help appreciated.
