downloaded a update 4 avg computer keeps rebooting

    had this problem yesterday ,this is when all the trouble started it gets the desktop and then reboots what happened yesterday was downloaded a update for avg then it kept rebooting the same as now tried to reload windows didi not work had to pop out came back and daughter had loaded the recovery disc so i lost everything anyway now its done it again after a update what do i have to do ?as i hate using this laptop in laymans terms please

    ok found out how to do a system restore and its back on now :-D

    christine154, what version of AVG are you running and is it paid or free.
    We need to fix that so you don't need to keep restoring.
