hello everyone

Now i need some help with a virus i have called - ABoxInst_int12[1].exe i have done a serch for it but nothing comes up any ideas on how to get rid of would be greatly appreciated. I have disabled system restore run a scan in safe mode tried to find the entries on regedit but to no avail The virus seems to disable my symantec anti-virus auto scanning capabilities also any update capabilities. symantec message says unable to delete..

• Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.

After doing ALL of the above and you still have a problem, make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below thread to properly use HijackThis and attach the log:
