Driver Update Notification

I am getting repetitious pop-up (?) ads from a MS partner, Driver Update, notifying me sundry drivers on my new computer need updating, for a fee of course.
My OP is Win 7, with Google.
I have not found anything on the pop up I can use to get off their list, and I do not find any programs or such on my computer to delete.
It does not seem to interfere with my computer's operation, although it sometimes blocks out part of the screen, but it is annoying as all get out.
Tried to call the Annoying Pop Ups police, but their number is unlisted.
Any suggestions?

Oops!
Went to program files again and found it. Deleted it as their instructions. Have a feeling it will be back.

simply let it remove it.

I have four Windows 7 computers in the house and have never seen the popup you are seeing.

Of course I refuse to use google chrome (if that's what you meant by google) as my browser in Windows.
