   Windows Vista Annoyances book, page 177, states
   

   My problem is I cannot find any menu leading to Tools-->Options? Has this been deleted in the released version of Vista (Home Premium) or am I just blind?

   Either right click the bar where I have and choose Classic Menus, which will give you the old style menu options which has Tools > Options
   
   
   
   or click the small down triangle under Now Playing then click More Options
