DSO Exploit - Can't remove

When I run Spy bot, it finds "DSO Exploit". When I fix it, it says it is fixed, but if I run Spy bot again it finds it again. How can I remove this?

 

if you're Windows patches are up to date, then ignore it.. it's an old exploit that was patched moons ago.

 

I am assuming that my Windows patches are up to date. This is my computer at my work and it is running Windows 98.

What does this exploit do?

 

This exploit was for the downloading of unsigned ActiveX controls for a "zone" in explorer.

 

So, I don't have anything to worry about?

Why can't Spy Bot remove it?

 

If you're patched up, you have nothing to worry about. I think it's a bug in SpyBot.
