Dual Monitor Issue

    So I have 2 monitors setup one on top of each other, using Nvida Control panel. I have shut off the option to let Win7 move Icons Via Themes. But for some reason I can't move Icons from the lower screen to the Upper one, except the Base Windows ones, (Trash, My Computer, Etc). Any Suggestions?

    Hi.

    This is a peculiar problem, I have never heard of this before. Perhaps try un-installing the nVidia control panel, and try using the built in Windows one (right click > screen resolution)

    Let me know what happens!

    Well I cut and pasted the Icons to the Upper screen, I dont know if this is a temporary solution but it seems to be working
