DVD not up to capacity

    I am using Pinnacle Dazzle Studio 10 but wonder if my problem is DVD set up. I cannot seem to record more than 60 minutes without losing video quality. I recorded 113 minutes and Studio 10 "make Movie" screen reports the quality to be 27% and when I played the dvd, a lot of color was faded out. Purchased DVDs play well. Also, when recording a DVD using Pinnacle, I have to reset the computer in order to record a second one. The system acts as if the DVD is defective.
