Dvd43 V3.7

Up until recently I have been using this program (dvd43) without any hasssles at all, but now when it trys to load at startup and on detecting a dvd I keep getting this message : Access Violation at address 00462e33 in module dvd43 tray.exe Read of address 00000004
I have uninstalled/reinstalled the program, I have run registry cleanup programs
all to no avail.
Please can someone help ?
