I downloaded Irfanview to try and reduce a batch of photos so they will be easier to send out as an email attachment. I figured out the advanced mode and how to set the pictures to 33%, but I don't seem able to get the Start Batch to identify the batch and I wondered if someone can help me? Is Irfan the best for this? I also have FastStone Image Viewer. Is there any Windows internal feature that does this? Appreciate your help.

I also use XNView but are you sure FastStone viewer won't do it?
If not, they offer the free FastStone Photo Resizer

    Hi

I use this one which is baised on the superb XP Powertoy image resizer tool, that was built into the right click context menu, so all you needed to do is lightlight a set of images you wanted to resize and choose your size and off you go.

Image resizer installed all the .NET Framework packages (1.0-4.0). This was not a bad thing. I was just surprised when I looked in my add/remove programs that all of them had been installed. funny! :-D
