Ebay Listing Help - Private Auction

I plan on selling a lot of goods to a specific seller on Ebay that I know. I don't want anyone else to be able to bid on the auction except this specific person. Is there a way to create a private listing where you can only enable access to that auction to specific buyers? I haven't used Ebay in quite awhile.

I plan on selling the items at a specific price so there won't be any need for bidding.

If you're selling a bunch of stuff to one person, why even use EBay at all?

There used to be an option to 'pre approve' bidders before they could bid on your items, but I've just searched and it doesn't look like it's possible now.
