Electrum Wallet will not display when loaded / appears in tray and start bar...

    And when I click the button that appears in the start bar, it simply does nothing. I can just keep clicking it and clicking it. Hovering over the tray icon displays my bitcoin balance as well. The application just refuses to display itself to me. I even uninstalled it and re-installed a newer version and I'm still having the same issue.

    Well, for some reason the message board refuses to show my signature. I put my computer stats in my signature...

    Windows 7 Home Prem. Dell x16-96072.
