Elite Sidebar need help

    I foolishly downloaded something that makes my "elite sidebar" under "view" pop up unwanted. In addition, I now get pop ups frequently. I downloaded "Spy Hunter" and updated Norton but nothing seems to kill it.

    Can I get some help removing whatever is causing the elite sidebar and popups to show???
