Emachine Audio

    I recently purchased an Emachine with Windows 7. I am using Skype and an Ihome Webcam. The picture is fine but the incoming voice sounds like the sender has inhaled helium. I can not figure out how to fix this. It happens both with an external speaker(s) or directly from the Viewsonic monitor with built in speakers. Any suggestions?
