Email retore in OE

Hi, I've searched help here and on Microsoft but cannot troubleshoot this one myself.

This morning I had an infamous Outlook Express meltdown, all my folders with some very important emails just vanished. It happened to me last year also so this year I thought I was being extra smart by saving backups of my folders in My Documents. I have .log and .dbx files saved.
So..... now my problem. I cannot import them back into OE!

I keep getting 2 errors messages when I follow the MS directions, I did a print screen to show so I wouldn't get it wrong when I posted. I have attached them below.
I have also spent ALL day scanning for viruses etc, just in case, but cannot find anything so far that might have caused this.

To restore email to Outlook Express
Open Outlook Express
Go to Tools > Options
Click the Maintenance tab
Click the "Store Folder..." button
Copy the contents of the text box to the clipboard

Close Outlook Express

Bring up the "Run" dialog box and paste the contents of the clipboard to it
Click OK

This will bring up the folder that has your emails
Copy the contents of this folder to another location for backup purposes

Copy your dbx files to this folder
Delete the file folders.dbx
When Outlook Express opens it will recreate this file
