email validation software

Hi,
Is there a tool for windows (freeware preferred) to validate email addresses in bulk by syntax,DNS,SMTP ?

Syntax Validation checks if the address matches the email pattern.(view the regexp pattern)
Domain Validation checks if a domain of the email address exists and fetches the list of MX records.
SMTP Account Validation connects to the email domain MX servers and tries to check if the email account exists there.
