Embed Video With Affiliate Links

Ok, I used clipta, to get embed code for a video I want to upload to my site for promotion. However, it doesn't seem to include my affiliate link. with my affiliate link code which looks like this: <a href="http://www.shareasale.com/r.cfm?b=172565&u=283084&m=17824&urllink=&afftrack=">Laughter is an Instant Vacation</a>

Should I just enter the affiliate code right after the embed code, Or should I just save the file (Laughter_is_an_Instant_Vacation_Movie.flv) to my computer and then insert that into the affiliate code somewhere?
