Enemy territory Quake wars wont load!!!!!!

    Ok, Guys im having the same problem, im using Windows seven Professional and im not even getting the Error Message, its not showing in task manager, have un installed and re installed, worn out the restart buttonand i get nothing, if i run it in Admin i sometimes get to the first screen (the launch box) but thats it, any Sudgestions?
