Entering an msn conversation

Hi


I want to enter a conversation between 2 employees of mine on msn and monitor it silently.The problem is they are not on a network.I have both their email addresses. Is there a way to do so in real time ie while they r chatting i can view the output ? ie i dont want to install any software on either of their pc's
