    What program is this happening with, IE, System Restore, ... ?

    When i am trying to upgrade to explorer 8 download almost completes and at finish it says , the procedure entry pt SHRegGetValuew could not b located in the dynamic link library SHLWAPI.dll so cant complete download. I have windows xp and it happened when i tried 2 go on POGO. Pogo only works with explorer 8 now

    Ok, try this (assuming you're using XP SP1 or earlier).

    Update to SP2 or SP3 and try the IE8 install again.
