Epson V550 Scanner Problems

    Two problems as follows:
    I've installed the latest driver and event manager. When I push the copy button, I get the error below. If I run the copy utility from the windows start menu, I works fine. What's wrong?

    If I push the email button it sends me to windows mail. I don't use that. I use Mozilla Thunderbird. How can I get the email button to recognize that?
