Error 1606. Could not access network location....

    I have just had this problem and it seems to be a pain for a lot of people. that is when you try to uninstall/ install this appears. Error 1606. Could not access network location. so i searched google and found the soloution. hope it helps.... Microsoft's own help. this is something to add to the archive.
