error cnsmin.dll not found

i install avast the other day and after restarting, avast starts to scan all the drive and i had alot of file mark as trojan infected files, i can't remember all the names. i ingore some file, but i did choose to delete a couple file when it prompt me. one of it is cnsmin.dll from c:\windows\download~1\cnsmin.dll
. after i delete that file i end the scaning process because i wanted to do it some other time. after that everytime when i turn on my computer and log in, i get a message saying
(error c:\windows\download~1\cnsmin.dll not found)
so..help, how do i get rid of this message!

That's because you delete the file but not what was trying to load it.

Please follow the steps below:

- Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support

Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

- Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.

After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis and attach a log:
