   I have an icon in my notification area. It looks like a yellow gift box with a red ribbon. Right now it has a red "X" on it and when I right click on it the balloon reads:The request to connect and log on to a server could not be completed because the supplied user name is incorrect.
   
   I do not know how to respond to this or get rid of the icon (and corresponding program)
   
   I am running Windows XP Service Pack II

   Is this Icon a new occurance? ( could you post screenshot of the icon in question )
   Have you installed anything new of late?
