Error report

    Now on this computer, I constantly get the yellow pop up box in the lower right saying that one or more devices aren't working properly, click to see problem.
    When I click, I get a device manager like box that shows two USB hubs with question marks. Yet in the device manager, there are 0 errors.
    This started on this machine right after installation of new hard drive. Everything, all ports and hubs, work fine. The error message is in error.
    How can I get rid of it?
