ESET Smart Security 5

Hey everyone,

(to thisisu & chaslang: this issues precedes my recent infection, so I didn't feel I should bog down that thread)

So, since my most recent reformat of my Win7 x64 system, I haven't been able to get ESET Smart Security 5 to run right. It'll install, sure. It'll even launch, sure. But, I have the firewall set to interactive mode and ever thirdish time the allow/deny prompt launches, the program crashes when I give my response. Full crash. I can launch immediately afterwards and after setting two or three more firewall permissions, crash. It runs fine for hours and hours as long as I don't have anything requesting new permissions.

Anyone know how I can force ESET to give me a dump log or anything? Anyone have any guesses what the issue might be here?
