ethernet controller code28

hi folks
let start my say hello to everyone

my problem is
got pc running on win xp and iam trying to install wireless pci Lan card have followed idiot guide that came with the pci card fit lan card reboot pc i get new hardware ethernet controller when it try to find driver not installed code 28.

have all information gathered from everest.
can someone point me in the right direction please
