has 30+ foreign language text files loaded. Do a search in C:\program Files\Everest Home edition (or wherever you have it stored) for *.txt and you will see them. Any harm in deleting them? I don't think so, but if anyone has a better idea I would like to know.

Wouldn't it be great if the programmers had enough nouse to ask you/me what language/languages you/me would be using, as default/defaults, instead of just loading all of them onto our hard drives.

I'm getting sick of all the crap that gets loaded when you install a program and am trying to reduce it.

Space is no problem, just stupidity, or lazy programming (or terrorist programming, as I call it) annoys me. It all just adds to storage, overheads, and backup time. Bazza

Thanks I figured as much, but it is nice to have someone else to blame if it goes wrong. ;) :D :) Bazza
