Exchange server 2003

alright. I have exchange server 2003 working flawlessly (knock on wood). MY setup is server 2003 w/ exchange 2003 also apache web server and php. I went to enable web access and found out to use ssl i had to use microsofts iis web server. No big deal. I disabled apache for testing purposes after finding out ssl and microsfts iis dont like to use other ports besides 80. So i managed to get outlook web access working but it only works on computers on my domain. When i try to access it form another workstation not on my domain but in the same network i get a 404 error. Why would this work only on computers in my domain? any help is appreciated.
