Outlook Web Access is the standard Microsoft product for providing web based email support. This installs as part of Microsoft Exchange, which only runs on a server platform, not XP.

IIS version 6.0 is the latest version of IIS for Server 2003. Vista and the waiting to be released Server 2008 support IIS version 7.0.
