explorer crashes.. can't stop

explorer on my computer crashes whenever the computer boots up. restarting it in the task manager only creates lag and repeated crashes. i've tried running spybot and trojan remover and i apparently have virtumonde but it keeps poping up on the list no matter how many times i run the programs. since explorer won't run i don't know how to delete my temp folders or any other files on the computer.. even in safe mode it crashes immediately. i can access programs by using the task manager and they run without any problems, not even any lag. please help restore my computer
