External HardDrive Not Recognized

    I have a backpack external 20 GB hard drive (USB connection) which was working fine until I plugged in a sandisk Mini cruizer into another USP port. The cruizer was not recognized and after I unplugged it, the backpack was not recognized either, even after rebooting a couple of times. Whats up?? Help!

    Try reinstalling the drivers? Another computer?
    Doies the mini cruizer still work?

    The mini cruzer never did work on my home computer, but did work on my ex system at work
