Extremely Slow Internet Connection

Hi, I've been experiencing very slow internet speeds for the past week. Web pages barely load and if they do it takes several minutes. I've ran a virus scan, adware and spyware and all is fine. Also used ccleaner.

Download speeds are almost non-existant. Usually under 4 kb/s however occassionaly I'll get a spurt and it will download incredibly fast for a minute or so then back to extremely slow.

Intenet Explorer crashes a lot now too. I'm also now getting an iexplore.exe application error when I close my browser. Instruction at ox7e1f9b14 with ref memory at oxo189a3bc. Memory could not be read. I've been unable to find out anything regarding that code. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

 

With the iexplore.exe error, I would suggest trying a different brower to see if the problem persists. I would suggest Opera or Firefox. If the problem still persists, I would try a system restore to the closest date on which the problem started. Hope that helps.
