Extremely slow internet..Need help

My machine is an older (2 years) emachine, so it's not the best. However it has slowed a lot recently and seems to be getting slower.

I run Windows XP SP3, I have IObit Advanced SystemCare Pro, IObit Malware Fighter, and Norton Security Suite loaded. They are all set to run automatically when computer is idle or I will run manually at least once every 7 to 10 days. Nothing major has been found, just an occational tracking cookie.

This slow down just started about 2 weeks ago and I cannot find a reason for it. I'm disabled and take a lot of powerful medications, so I'm not as computer literate as I used to be. Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
