FAH - meant to be this slow?

I have a P4 system overclocking a 2.00ghz to 2.6 (Nice and stable, don't worry)

I have just started folding, and I've noticed that it looks like it's going to take 2 days aprox!

this is only a 153 pointer!

Take a look at the attached picture.

Is there a way I can make it any faster (Note that it is using 90% CPU) through software methods?

 

Just found out my system isn't as stable as I thought. Downclocked to 2.4 now

 

Yeah that sounds about right. Have a 3.2 P4 @3.4 doing it in around 23min per frame and my Pentium D 3.4 doing it in about 16-17min so sounds about what it should be. Although I am running 2 clients on both the H.T and the Dual core
