failed to initialize the logging system...

    So I'm trying to use Windows Easy Transfer to transfer some files from my laptop to my desktop...

    But when I try to start Windows Easy Transfer on my Desktop, I get that error.

    Even tried restarting comp, anyone know whats the problem?

    It works with the "admin" account but it used to work with my standard account as well.

    Just trying to fix it.
