False Results?

Hi Guys,
running XP Home - had problems connecting to the net and decided to investigate.
Installed Ad-adware and SpyBot, ran them and they produced nothing more than tracking cookies.
Avast anti-virus was loaded, but that too produced a small list of cookies.

Finally NoAdware.net was loaded and found a list of the following:

BearShear HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ed2k\shell
W32.MsBlaster.A C:\WINDOWS\system32\MSBLAST.EXE
W32.Blaster.B.WC C:\WINDOWS\system32\PENIS32.EXE
W32.Blaster.C.WC C:\WINDOWS\system32\teekids.exe
W32.Blaster.E.WC C:\WINDOWS\system32\mslaugh:exe

now my question is who is telling the truth, as i have also visited microsoft for a scan and downloaded the patch. The scan came back negative.
Can you help?

Versions of NoAdware prior to 3.0 were considered phony spyware removers, showing false positives as a lure to purchase the program. According to Spyware Warrior, 3.0 addresses these concerns.
