    Hello,

I am not very good with technical stuff regarding a computer, however, I'm quite sure I keep getting a false System Alert message, according to my friend.
Every so often (10-15 mins. apart) I get the message: "System Alert! System has detected a number of active spyware applications that may impact the performance of your Computer. Click the Icon to get up-to-date spyware protection.". Needless to say, very annoying. It's based around a round, red shield with a white X inside. If I click on the link, it opens I.E. to: //www.virprorect.com/?aff=1012, and asks that I download, and purchase it's product.. Now, despite my friend saying it's malware, Adaware Pro '07, SpybotS&D, and BullGuard Anti-virus aren't detecting anything. I've also ran a HiJackThis scan, and I have the log. If you'd like to see it, please say, and I'll attach it to a new post.

Thanks in advance for your help.
