"Falure to Write to Memory" Error

I am getting this error on 2 machines....mostly from online games. The game company says it's not their problem...

Could be a problem with ram ...could be your graphics card ...might be too samll a swap file setting (doubt that on though).

Copy the pertenant info to notepad ..save as ....then when you post go to manage attachments ...browse for the file ...upload and done.

I copied quite a few things, hopefully info that would give you a good understanding of my machine. Heck, if I thought it would do any good I'd copy the whole log.

Looks like there are a ton of "fixes" listed in the link ....errors caused by patches .....bios settings ....timing settings ....jezz... looks like trial and error time.

That's the scary part...I don't want to screw up my BIOS. Someone told me you can really make a mess changing something that shouldn't be changed...

Haven't had a chance yet, but have you looked in the forums under games?

Never mind ...nothing there other than a suggestion to update vid drivers.
