Far cry crashing to desktop after loading

i bought far cry for my old pc and it ran perfectly using my radeon 9550.
i built myself a new 1, with the radeon 9550 and installed far cry and it crashes to the desktop after loading, i have the latest drivers and game patches. the settings are on low so what is the problem?

How about turning the settings up, you have a powerful pc posted in your spec.
Also, what psu do you have?

 

the psu shouldnt be an issue and if it was going 2 work it would work on low.

it came with my case and i think its 400w.

Now, one thing that might help is try uninstalling the game and the patches, reinstall the game, but don't install any patches. These can sometimes lead to problems as I've experienced before.
