Favorite Media Player

I like and use Winamp tho it's a bit unstable.

 

i have used windows media player for years and never let me down yet.

 

VLC has got to be my favourite all-rounder, although i use Helium-Music-Manager for my music library, it's a bit too fancy for my liking though, but i couldn't find anything suitable that i liked, so it does till i do.

I play everything else in VLC and it does just that.... plays!

I really dont like windows media player, between the amount it tries to connect to the net, asking for new codecs all the time and a horrible interface

I also use musikcube on a some rigs as it is very light weight and a nice simple interface.

VLC is the player for me it plays practically everything music and films

 

I use InterVideo WinDVD for VAIO.
It works best for me.

I like Windows Media Player myself, but have wondered if I REALLY need Apple Quick-time that is also installed... :confused... Most of it is greyed out anyway, and I don't use it, but what would I be messing with if I delete it? I am trying to update it now, and that is HUGE...... Just curious, if I really do need it... rolleyes

 

You do not need to have Quicktime installed at all really.

Thanks, "Q" , but I already downloaded the "Quicktime" update... That is where FDM REALLY comes in handy!:-D
