FAX program has been removed from Control Panel

hi

this cpu was a part of a network, given to me(lucky) with windows 2000 professional installed. in the control panal there is no icon for Faxing. I would like to use a free program for faxing I'm not picky, just need reliability and can't find one on your website to download or I would just do that. Can someone help me. Much greatfulness, Casey

 

what kind of modem do you have? if you find their site, you might be able to get some from them.

add remove programs > add remove windows components > check to see if the fax stuff is checked > if not then check it and click next.
