FBI Ransomware, no safe mode...frst log uploaded. HELP

    Here is my FRST log. I have tried numberous methods and nothing else has worked. I can't get into safe mode, so I can only hope one of you can help me with a fixlist.txt to help. If not, it's on to reload.

    Welcome to Major Geeks!

    I see you are using a very old version of FRST. You really should use the current version. Also I see that you are running Windows XP. Thus you must have made a special PE boot disk to run FRST from. So continue to use it when doing the below.

    Download this >> View attachment fixlist.txt


    Save fixlist.txt to your flash drive.
    • You should now have both fixlist.txt and FRST.exe on your flash drive.
    Now reboot with your Windows PE boot disk as you did previously.
    Run FRST and press the Fix button just once and wait.
    The tool will make a log on the flashdrive (Fixlog.txt).

    Now see if you can boot into normal Windows.
