    Hello,
I'm in the middle of an fdisk and I'm at the point of creating the partions. I would like a 6 gig for the OS, a smaller page file partition(not sure how big, I have 1 gig of ram) , and a main partition for data/games. Should the primary be the OS partition? Should the others be extended? What is "best practice"?
    Thanks

edit: also, should I make all the partitions with fdisk or in the Win2000 set-up?

I prefer Win2k setup, which will allow you to partition/format as NTFS or FAT32. As robo said, it's virtually the same as XP.
