Final Fantasy 11

I am running an OEM copy of windows Vista Ultimate edition and my Play online viewer keeps shutting down durin play, please advise or help me solve this problem as SE and PoL are saying it is in my computer and not thier problem

Is it your original OS or have upgraded from Vista premium if so your graphics card in not powerful enough.

 

Yes, I upgraded my Graphics card, I am using an upgradable AMD mother board with an amd 3300+ processor and an integrated nvidia 6100 plus Bfg (nvidia) 7800 pci-express card and yes, I downloaded the specific Playonline viewer for win vista, and lastly, yes my original os in vista home edition

 

Ok, I gave up on win-vista, I reinstalled win-xp and everything is running smooth now, thanks to everyone
