Done all the steps but two. Meaning the online tests as thus being impossible, considering that part of the problem is ie crashish right after loading. Also wasn't able to use Windows Defender, so in place of that there is the CounterSpy log and the other two of course.

EDIT: Forgot to say the obvious, being the problem still persists.

You got nasties ....I am going to request that the Mod's move this thread to the malware section. You will have to be patient with this ...there are few who work these problems on a volunteer basis and it is the most active section of the boards ....they will get to you but it will take time, so don't "bump" and do try to do anything else in the read and run that you can. Esp. the hijack this part and follow the instructions to a "T".:)

Please post the other logs. We need a HijackThis log, An activescan log and a bitdefender log.

As i said before inability to run ie and msn is part of the problem making the retrieval of active scan and bitdefender logs impossible to my knowledge. I'm going to post hijackthis log as soon as possible though.

Either way thank you for taking the time to look into my problem.

Why do you have some programs installed on H: and some on c:

Your AV really would be better off installed on your system drive.

Your HJT Log is clean (well pretty much... see below)

The items counterspy found which are what I assume tim was refering to when he said you had malware arn't really that bad, DAP and Weathercast should really be removed but arn't causing the issue here.

I don't think the problem here is really malware related, I suggest you remove all your toolbars and bhos such as Google Toolbar, Yahoo Toolbar, DAP, MSN etc and see if this helps IE, other than that I suggest you head back to the software forum.
