    it was a virus a spyware like virus i used a special virus scanner online that only system admins really no at this time and it worked or ether that when my freind came over he renamed my cache folder for ie and my connection came back and the virus was infecting my cache also anyways i virus scanned first found nothing then the guy renamed my cache folder and somehow i got ie back up now im running xp so i dont have any registry problems or viruses or fileshares i reformatted
